Co-founder of Digital Notation, Victor Oziabor is involved with strategy, business process optimisation, client relations, and digital engineering. He possesses expertise in digital transformation, cloud integration, and IT strategy. Throughout his 17 years of experience gained whilst working with CEOs, business owners, and marketing leaders within some of the UK’s most successful corporations, Victor developed a deep understanding of technology dynamics, digital strategies, enterprise solutions and consumer behaviour. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, and a Master’s Degree in Business Management. Victor also possesses product owner certification, scrum certification, business analysis certification, Chartered Institute of Marketing certification, and DevOps certification.

Victor embraces the value of hard work, and is an entrepreneur as well as a tech enthusiast; he has co-founded two companies, Digital Notation Ltd and BroadWise Ltd.

He works tirelessly to help candidates take their career to the highest-level possible, helping many colleagues and candidates to secure lucrative jobs in both the private sector and the public sector.

Prior to forming Digital Notation, he held senior software development positions with many well-known organisations. Here he helped to build the best products possible and contributed back to the software development community. He regards this as not only his job, but also his passion.

Victor constantly focuses on continuous process improvement innovation and creativity and believes in improvising to exceed candidates’ expectations through success driven learning.
